Return Policy

Commodity return and exchange guarantee/after-sales service

 Welcome to Ilikehairwig.com , we are committed to making the best wig and provide you with perfect after-sales service, if you are not satisfied with the goods you bought, please read the relevant matters. 

To start a return, you can contact us at service@ilikehair.com with the reason and some pictures of the wig first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you receive the return information, please return the package strictly according to the address above the return information and the designated express service, otherwise the package will be rejected, thank you for your cooperation.

Return and Exchange Policy

At ILikehairwig, our goal is to create stylish and versatile human wigs that our customers are satisfied with. We understand that sometimes a wig may not fit or may have been ordered incorrectly, which is why we offer a comprehensive and fair exchange and return policy. Please see the details below:
1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your wig at service@ilikehair.com. After 15 days, we will not offer exchanges or returns.
2. We are pleased to offer exchanges and returns on lace wigs that have not been washed, cut, damaged, or altered. As a hygienic hair product, we do not allow the return of used items for the safety of all our customers.
3. If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will provide a full refund and cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to the buyer's responsibility (e.g. "I don't like it/want it, unexpected" "I ordered it wrong"), we will deduct $20 from the refund for the loss of shipping and handling, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
4. Clearance wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact our ILikehairwig service representative by email within 15 days of receiving your wig at service@ilikehair.com. Please state the reason for the exchange or return and include any applicable pictures.


Step 2: Our customer service representative will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). After the request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a return and exchange address to which you should send the product.


Step 3: Please ship the wig (with original packaging and gift) back to the provided address, including the order number. Note: we cannot accept return packages without our return authorization. After shipping your package, please email us the order number and tracking number at service@ilikehair.com.


Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will receive a return approval or rejection notice. Refunds will be issued within 7 days to your credit card or original payment method. 

Postage instructions for return

 

(1) If the product is returned without quality problems, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee; 

(2) For the return of quality problems, our company shall bear the order return freight.

 

Precautions for returns

 

(1) When returning the goods, all accessories (labels, bags, etc.) related to the wigs should be sent back. No return will be given for missing accessories or damage to the original packaging. If there is a package with quality problems, please send it back together with the original express packaging bag;

 

(2) Our company adopts a three-level supervision system to ensure that the products will not be missed or under-delivered. For the report of under-delivered products, a certified third-party certificate is required to reissue or refund the payment. Our company does not accept the unilateral application of the customer for refund and reissue

 

(Third party certification method: 1. Notary office certification 2. Inventory the goods with the freight company personnel when receiving the goods. If there is a shortage of goods, please ask the freight company to issue a certificate)

 

(3) If there are gifts, etc., please return them together
