Shipment Policy

1. Free Shipping

Dear customers, we ship via FedEx and DHL Express, and will ship normally every day Monday to Saturday. Orders will be processed before 19:00 on the day. 

Only Supports the US region, U.S sales tax is zero(other countries can contact us by email: service@ilikehair.com)

 


2. Processing Time

Shipping out within 1-2 days we have received your payment
Delivery Time: The USA: 2-4 business days.
(Special customized products will be delivered in about 10-15 days, please understand.)

 


3. Address

To provide a correct address for shipment is necessary. We encourage all customer double check your info before confirming payment. If you want to amend or change address, please contact us as soon as placing order. We will try our best to help you .

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (an office address or a friend's address).

 


4. Returns

We do provide 15-day Exchange and Return policy. You will be responsible for the cost of exchange & return shipping back to ILikehairwig if it’s not because of product quality. Of course, if there is a problem with our product, we are obliged to give you a free exchange & return. Please refer to our Exchange & Return Policy for more details.

The scheduled date of delivery is not guaranteed when delays due to the following occur: insufficient information provided by customer; terrorism, riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters, such as violent storms, earthquake, floods, etc.
